msg: prompting profile + money

This message was sent to coachs and managers for teams that need the FLL team profile updated and still owe money to LAR. Many teams have completed registrations and paid all fees, but some have not. This message was sent about 1 week before the scrimmage with subject: "Robotics Teams: team Profile and fees needed".

Hi Coaches and Managers of 3289 Much Ado About Nano
(Hi Tim, similar messages are going out today to the other teams
to remind of the scrimmage and get registrations completed)

Only one week to go before the scrimmages on October 15th! It is going to be great fun.

Your team has only a couple (2) more things to do to finish your registration.

1) As of Friday your team's FLL Profile had not been finished. It is easy to do.
All you need is your team number and the password for the FLL web site.

When you have them, go to this page:
http://register4fll.com/catalog.cfm?dest=teamselect
and follow the steps to complete the team profile.

If you have problems filling out your team profile, it is best that you contact FIRST for
help by sending an email to fllteams@usfirst.org or calling 1-800-871-8326.

2) As of Wednesday of last week, the Los Altos Robotics Treasurer had not received
your teams registration fees.

1) it cost $50 for a team to participate in our scrimmage and local competition
2) optional play field is $40
3) optional tee-shirts are $16 each

Send your check by Monday 10/9/06 with your team name and number,
and tee-shirt sizes payable to Los Altos Robotics, to this address:
Los Altos Robotics Team Registration
PO Box 3172
Los Altos, CA 94024

The tee-shirt order cannot be delayed any longer, if we do not receive your check by
Wednesday your team will not be included in it.

If you think this information is wrong or you have trouble please contact me.

The Scrimmage is always a lot of fun, even if your team doesn't score many points.
They will learn a lot about how a tournament works and how the other teams are
doing things.

See you there!
